Custom Imprinting Services

We offer a wide variety of Custom imprinting services which include:

Custom Laser your private label, logo & layouts onto any of the items we make for just $50 one time set-up charge if we receive "process ready" digital (this includes PC formatted BMP, TIFF, JPEG, EPS, AI and PDF files in at least 300 dpi resolution), or camera ready art. Digital files may be compressed using Zip and Stuffit software to enable larger files to be emailed.

Requires $500 minimum - can order mix of items subject to certain minimums for each item. Deposit required with written irrevocable order.

We also offer two sided and/or large format laser engraving. Call for information & quotes

Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of artwork and other requirements, for completion of custom orders.

We reserve the right to reject any content or projects which may violate another party's proprietary rights or trademark, or which is deemed to be obscene or offensive. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Brentwood Mills harmless from any damage, loss or expense, including legal fees related to customer furnished content.

Heat/Die/Foil Stamping on boards and leather items becomes economical at very large quantities. One time die charges typically run $250-450 for wood dies depending on size and complexity, and $50-90 for leather dies. Debossing cost $0.40 per item and foil adds another $0.30 per color. Not available for Pepper Mills or Crystal Cloths

Silk Screen

Crystal Cloths can be silk screened for considerable savings. One time setup of $50 plus $0.50 per cloth for the first color and $0.30 for each additional color. 5,000 pc minimum.

Redwood gift boxes for the Wine Bottle pepper mills do not laser well because the wood is so soft, but they may be custom silk screened. There is a $50 setup fee for the screen and $2.50 per color per box(50 box minimum)

Personalization

One or more lines of up to 18 characters each: $6.00 for the first line & $3.50 for each additional line.

We use our state of the imprinting and 5 Star Service (per ASI & SAGE) to Promotional Product Distributors.

We also supply Award/Trophy Dealers with everything from unimprinted products to complete integrated service - including drop ship/fulfillment service

We provide completely custom products and services to OEM's where special or high precision marking, cutting, placards & signage
are required.
