How do I fill & operate the pepper
mills: Simply fill the pepper mill from the top by removing the finial
nut and one-piece crank top. After the mill has been filled and the top and
finial nut replaced, the grinding mechanism may be adjusted to provide a very
fine to very course grind by either loosening or tightening the finial nut. To
operate turn the crank top clockwise only. DO NOT TURN IT BACK & FORTH!
Loose Grinds can be dislodged from the grinding mechanism with a sharp shake.
Always ensure that there are peppercorns in the mill when when its being used,
to prevent damage to the grinding mechanism

How do I clean and care for the wooden
items: Wood is sensitive to extreme temperatures, humidity, dryness and
food deposits. Every item we make is protected by a finish that's appropriate
to its use. Food and debris should be wiped regularly from the items with a
damp cloth. Mild soap may be used. But wooden items should NEVER BE IMMERSED
OR LEFT IN STANDING WATER or COME
CLOSE TO FLAMES OR HOT SURFACES. Doing so invalidates any
warranties. Boards and Lazy Susans should be periodically rubbed with mineral
oil to protect and rejuvenate the wood (do not use vegetable oil as some
suggest because it can turn rancid. With proper, simple care, each item will
provide a lifetime of enjoyable dining)

How do I clean the Crystal Cloths?
The Crystal Cloths will wash hundreds of times with mild soapy water, but
NEVER use bleach or fabric softener, and DO NOT use a hot iron

We accept VISA & Master
card, prepayment & COD. Credit may be extended to qualified commercial
customers upon receipt of acceptable credit information & references.
Shipping &
Freight: Most orders ship within 3-5 workdays
from when we receive the order. All shipments are FOB our plant and go via UPS
ground service unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.
Drop Shipping:
$4.50 per address plus actual
freight.
Sales
Taxes:
We are obligated
to collect sales tax from Texas based customers if we don't receive
proof of exemption from the State Franchise Tax Board
Returns
& Claims:
Brentwood
Mills products are fully guaranteed, and we will repair or replace any
products which are not performing up to satisfaction without charge. To avoid
delay or confusion, please be sure to include the order number & date, product
description and reason for return. Returns for other than defects, must be
pre-approved by Brentwood Mills and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Returns should be shipped prepaid UPS ground or insured mail (so there

We do not share or use your personal information other than on an absolute
need to know basis such as with UPS when we ship,
or as required by applicable law. And we DO NOT share or sell your personal
